**About the Role**:
The Deputy Manager, Home and Living Support is required to support the provision of a high level of excellent customer service to our clients and their families with a focus on supporting the management of end-to-end therapeutic care service, coordination of supports, community access and psychosocial services.
- Demonstrated genuine commitment to helping people with disabilities retain their independence in the community
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well autonomously, as well as working effectively within a team environment
- Great communication and relationship building skills along with a commitment to providing quality services and implementing continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate professionally with families, advocates and to develop and motivate staff.
- Ability to work effectively and solve problems under day-to-day operational pressures and take accountability for their work to ensure business and financial objectives are met
**Skills and Qualifications Required**
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Driver's Licence
- Unrestricted Working Rights
- COVID vaccinations (2+booster minimum requirement)
- Relevant industry and/ or management experience. Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
