**Job Title**: Support Workers Needed for Multiple Clients (Marion, Elizabeth, and Salisbury Downs)

National Hope Care Services is urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to assist three valued clients in Marion, Elizabeth, and Salisbury Downs. Due to a few of our regular support workers being unavailable, we are looking to fill these vacancies on a **first-come, first-served basis**. This role involves providing personalized care and support, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), companionship, and other essential activities to enhance our clients' quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with ADLs such as personal care, toileting, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and foster a positive, caring environment.
- Perform light household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in accessing community activities and appointments.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or environments.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure clients’ comfort and well-being.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in a support worker or caregiver role is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Knowledge of manual handling and safe care practices.

**Requirements**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Police clearance and background check.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including few weekends as needed.

Pay: $34.95 - $37.95 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- On call

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
