Thanks to our ongoing success we are currently seeking a motivated and professional **Customer Care Consultant** to join our **Isuzu Trucks** team at **Arundel**.

**What we are looking for**:

- Enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to delight our customers with your superior and professional service standards
- Excellent work ethic with great reliability (available 5 days a week which includes Saturdays)
- Current driver’s license

**What the role entails**:

- To generate income for the Dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated products
- Provide relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products
- Act as the Customer liaison by providing our customers with a great experience from when they walk in to when they leave
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas
- Co-ordinate vehicle registration paperwork in line with dealerships and RMS requirements
- General Administration Duties
