**About Beacon Lighting Commercial**

This is an exciting time to join our Commercial Division at Beacon Lighting Commercial We've been in the market for over 30 years and we continue to experience growth and expansion of the business due to our unrivalled success.

With five commercial offices across Australia, we specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels and aged care facilities. This role is to work within our Lucci Design team who service volume home builders and large-scale commercial projects.

**The Role**

Based at our Mitcham office and reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role involves providing support to the Lucci Design team to ensure they have all the tools and information they need to deliver high quality consultations. Key responsibilities include:

- Work with the Lucci Design team to maximise their productivity by overseeing consult times and schedules
- To act as a back up as required to maintain consult commitments or arrange contingencies
- Ensure the Design software is up to date with products and pricing, test new updates and train the team
- Be aware of product availability and work with the National Sales Manager to communicate alternatives to the team and customer
- Ensure new and existing customers have all the information they need to provide a seamless lighting design service to their customer

**About You**

This role is vital for supporting our design team and ensuring that our clients receive the best of service. You will therefore possess the following skills and attributes:

- A proven track record in the Lighting/Electrical industry preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated delivery of impeccable customer service
- Previous internal sales support experience and enjoy working within a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence in working with a computer
- A positive “can - do” and enthusiastic approach to your job
