A fabulous opportunity is currently available for an Outbound Sales Coordinator, to join a thriving sales team on a F/T, permanent basis.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Outbound Sales Coordinator works across a number of teams to provide targeted outbound and warm lead customers with individualised sales and purchasing advice and service. The role is to provide professional service and knowledge to generate sales and fulfil customers’ requirements for their collections whilst aiming to achieve a sales target.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Outbound customer service and sales to a warm customer base
- Inbound customer service and sales (warm leads)
- Develop and expand client list though regular Call Cycle and sales offers
- Support the Sales Manager in relation to new sales growth strategies targeting high net worth customers.
- Answer inbound calls
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities with consumers seeking to add to their collections
- Accept and enter telephone orders into the system
- Communicate customer / product feedback inhouse to the wiser team
- Accept and enter telephone orders into the system
- Investigates and follows up issues on customers’ behalf
- Mail & web order processing as and when needed
**Key Requirements**:
- A commercial thinker Product knowledge can be taught, we are seeking an individual who has natural inquisitiveness, and the hunger to learn.
- Ability to reach KPI's and aim for realistic sales targets
- Demonstrated track record in client relationship development, negotiation and closing sales
- Previous experience in outbound sales, call centre environment, selling either a service or tangible product.
- A confident phone communicator
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to undertake local and/or interstate travel as required to attend trade shows and events, auctions and client meetings if / when required
