**About the Business Unit**:
The Corrections and Justice Services (CJS) group, comprising Corrections Victoria, Justice Health and Justice Services, plays an integral role in developing safer and more resilient communities and in delivering a trusted justice and community safety system.
Corrections Victoria is responsible for the implementation of policies, programs and services that ensure the safe and secure containment of prisoners, and that seek to rehabilitate offenders by addressing the underlying causes of offending behaviour.
As part of the CJS group, the DPFC is a 568 bed medium to maximum-security facility for female offenders located within the West Metropolitan Region, Department of Justice.

**About the Role**:
At the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC), each Justice Officer role specialises in one of four streams - Records/Property, Human Resources, Finance/Stores and Administration. Over time, and with appropriate support and training, Justice Officers may be rotated between these streams to provide career enhancement opportunities to those staff, and operational flexibility to the prison.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Collating Case Management Review Committee schedules and communicate scheduling to the location.
- Providing secretariat services for a range of Case Management Review Committee Meetings.
- Assisting the Offender Management Supervisor in specific prisoner assessment functions in accordance with Sentence Management Procedures.

**About You**:

- Well-developed computer literacy. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of PIMS is highly desirable
- Ability to notate meeting discussions accurately
- Proficient typing skills

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in case management and/or administrative experience is desirable but not mandatory.
