Support staff and leadership team with day to day operations. This position has both attributes of admin and client triage.
Frontline face and first point of contact for Moneycare team. Taking calls, scheduling appointments for staff, referring matters to appropriate staff and relevant people.
Work closely with Moneycare team. Assist and support in service delivery the the area of finance, Kronos (punch in & out) invoices, ordering stationery, maintain uptodate referral / asset registers and record keeping, as required. Be the goto person for IT related issues facing staff eg; laptop, phone, internet, printer /scanner.
Support Moneycare Syd staff with IT, Systems and resources including paying and raising invoices and re-imbursements.
Organise meetings and take minutes.
Provide minor support to people with immediate needs whilst maintaining a caseload as determined by team leader.
