**Hey, before we hit the nitty gritty **
**So, here’s the low down.**
As a Kolmean (that’s what we call our team members), you’ll have both a job title, like Delivery Manager, and a **squad**. Together, you’ll tackle spicy challenges, like how to streamline payments between tenants and owners, for example. Or how to save property managers time in their day-to-day tasks using AI. You’ll have tasks that you’re responsible for on your own, as well as tasks you’ll contribute to as part of larger company-wide projects.

With more than 15 years of adventures in proptech, we’ve got the ‘inside scoop’ on what worksand what needs a little extra TLC. In fact, we were born out of a property management company, so we intimately understand the joys and sorrows of our customers (they’re at the heart of everything we do).
Kolmeo gives real estate agencies all around Australia access to the right tools and technology to perfectly balance the relationship between tenants, owners, and property managers. We believe in our heart of hearts that it's possible for people to truly love renting, owning and managing properties - it’s what gets us out of bed (that, and coffee), and why we love what we do.
**Here’s what we’re looking for**
**A day in the life of a Kolmeo Delivery Manager**
- Coordinate and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, release planning and sprint retrospectives for the team.
- Own the delivery plan for the including the scheduling and monitoring progress of all activities and dependencies
- Manage capacity of the squad (tracking and forecasting) to cover all activities (new feature development, support, & operational activities)
- Actively manage the risks of the squad
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders (internal and external) covering squad activities and progress
**To hit this job out of the park, you MUST have**:
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), including the artefacts, practises, and systems
- Previous experience in a similar role in a software development (preferably SAAS product) environment.
- Expertise in planning, prioritising conflicting requirements (support and new feature), and scheduling releases
- Experience in negotiating business requirements and priorities with business stakeholders up to C-suite
- Experience in presentation and the delivery of information at varying levels from clients to the board
