From supplying cool rooms for events, parties, and festivals to maintaining our fleet, we seek a skilled individual to take the wheel as our Rental Fleet Hero.

**The Role**:
As the Rental Delivery & Fleet Hero, you'll be the master of our mobile refrigeration rental fleet. Your dynamic approach will encompass a range of hands-on equipment operations, maintenance tasks, and the overall management of our incoming and outgoing inventory.

Your infectious can-do attitude will play a pivotal role in ensuring our service wows customers and transforms ordinary events into extraordinary experiences. You'll champion a revolution in the mobile refrigeration industry by going above and beyond to deliver quality, efficiency, and impeccable customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Deliver rental equipment precisely, focusing on safety, timeliness, and a friendly, professional approach.
- Plan, organise, and execute cleaning and maintenance routines for rental equipment, following Food Safety guidelines and Chill's meticulous cleaning procedures.
- Elevate customer service through ongoing training, providing the tools you need to excel in this role.
- Essential 5 years of driving experience with a full license, including previous towing and reversing experience (trailers, caravans, or boats up to 1 tonne or more).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Self-starter with keen attention to detail and outstanding organization skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Test and tag license is favorable but not essential.
- Familiarity with OH&S Principles, Food Safety, and Safe Working practices.
