A Sales Consultant at Anytime Fitness plays a critical role in driving membership sales and ensuring member satisfaction. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
**Responsibilities**:

- **
Membership Sales**:

- Generate leads and follow up on prospective members.
- Conduct tours of the facility, explaining the benefits and services offered.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.
- ** Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members.
- Address member concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- ** Marketing and Outreach**:

- Participate in community events and outreach programs to promote Anytime Fitness.
- Implement local marketing strategies to attract new members.
- ** Administration**:

- Manage member accounts, including new sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions.
- ** Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the gym's management and training staff to ensure cohesive operations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.

**About you**

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Arrears/Overdue payment collection and office administration experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with on the phone skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- Passion for hitting KPIs and smashing out monthly targets
