Reporting into the Finance Manager, duties are as follows:

- Collaborate with senior management to facilitate day-to-day company operations.
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing financial and administrative aspects.
- Prepare and generate monthly and weekly customer invoices and credit notes.
- Validate job information for accurate invoicing and credit note processing.
- Address both internal and external inquiries related to invoices.
- Provide regular customer reports on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Maintain the customer ledger and credit notes register.
- Handle customer payment disputes professionally.
- Manage the creation, processing, and tracking of rebates, claims, and receipts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Operations to resolve customer queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of company expenses.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
