**About the Role**

Based in Clayton, this role is fast paced, requires someone with the ability to plan ahead, make improvements and ensure that the warehouse is as efficient as possible.

You will be a process, safety and quality driven person with a keen eye for detail.

**Your very varied day will include**:

- Warehouse supervisor, overseeing staff with daily orders completed.
- Assisting warehouse with operations
- Managing transport fleet
- Ensuing all pickups are in the Transport management system
- Overseeing all invoicing. warehousing and transport
- Weekly management meetings
- Preserve and promote a positive work culture, that is dedicated to safety, mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example to ensure professional relationships are maintained internally and externally and the operation is set up to put the customer first.

**You need to have a**:

- Strong Safety and Continuous Improvement background
- Forklift and drivers license
- Transport supervision experience
- Expedient on warehouse operating systems
- Strong, broad operating experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- Customer centric approach to problem solving
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite; including Excel, Word, Outlook
