**What's on offer?**:
We're recruiting a Workflow Manager to be responsible for workflow functional excellence, sustainability, capability improvements and strategic execution across Victorian Operations.

You can expect to play a key role in enhancing and protecting our Customer experience, productivity, and commercial outcomes while supporting and developing our management capability. This position has a balance of strategic and tactical work and is responsible for overseeing the efficiencies of the business workflow units to ensure the teams can achieve business targets.

You will be a key communicator and influencer of change, ensuring that leaders can make informed decisions regarding productivity, profitability and systems. As part of the Operations Leadership you will collaborate and communicate recommendations and proactively own and implement workflow changes.
