**About the role**

We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service to our clients. As Head Line Marker,

you play a vital role in making that happen.

In your role, you directly supervise a small team to deliver the company’s line marking

operations to standard. This may include line marking for roads, car parks and warehouses;
or removal/alteration of line markings.

Working under limited supervision of the General Manager, the primary objective of the role

is to provide a high-quality line marking service to our clients in a timely, safe and cost

effective way.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate line marking equipment and tasks to the required standard
- Carrying out line marking tasks in accordance with the Australian Standards,

including the layout, design, and dimensions.
- Carry out road line markings adhering to and exceeding the Main Roads WA

standards (Australian Standard AS 1742.2:2009 and specification 604 pavement

marking for road line marking). This includes Intersection line marking,

longitudinal lines thermoplastic and raised pavement markers..
- Report and arrange the replenishing of van supply’s ensuring that stocks are

kept at the level required (Daily).
- Liaise with clients on issues regarding work variations, issues preventing

completion of scheduled task and co-designing solutions.
- Document issue variations and forward to the client and company office.
- Lead a small team of assistant line markers
- Train and supervise other staff members/ labourers to the required standard.
- Assess any risk and make calls on whether or not to work in the weather.
- Organise team members onsite to get the job done efficiently and to adequate

standard.
- Provide regular feedback on performance and address any underperformance

issues.
- Foresee and mitigate any health and safety hazards and risks.
- Report any health and safety risks to your supervisor.
- Regularly liaise and update the office on line marking operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: Up to $35.00 per hour

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
