Shell House is an adventure. We create a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design, and has a lively and engaging atmosphere. Importantly, we are all about service and guest engagement.

**YOUR OPPORTUNITY.**

At Shell House mínimal intervention, organics and biodynamics are pillars of our wine program philosophy, with an instilled belief that wine is made in the vineyard, not in the winery. The list itself is inspired by the coastal regions of both Australian and European regions, with particular focus on Tasmania, Sicily and Portugal making this list a challenging and exciting space to work within.

Career progression and development is a key aspect of our venue, so you must be willing to educate those in your team who require it, but at the same time be willing to learn from those who possess more knowledge.

**ABOUT YOU.**
We are looking for fun, wine loving, energetic sommeliers to join our team at Shell House on a casual basis.

You will effortlessly be able to deliver:

- recommendations on beverages based on guests personal tastes and tables preference
- wine and beverage service to our guests, both at table and in bars
- deliver professional yet friendly and engaging guest experiences, ensuring guests are well looked after to your best ability
- assist the team with stock management when required

The Point is a premier hospitality group, responsible for iconic establishments; The Dolphin Hotel, Harry's, Hotel Canobolas and Topikos Dining Room & Bar, our modern Greek inspired venue in Bondi Beach. We also own and operate a number of venues in Bali, Indonesia.
