We are a thriving café restaurant located in [location], known for our all-day breakfast, delectable cuisine, and exceptional service. Our current manager, who has been an invaluable asset to our team, is soon embarking on a new adventure as she starts her journey into motherhood. Therefore, we are now seeking a dynamic and talented individual to fill the position of Manager and continue the exceptional legacy she has created.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire our team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our values.
- Oversee daily operations, including ordering, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and improve overall performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, nurturing the growth and development of team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, address concerns, and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of café/restaurant operations.
- Confidence in leading a team, even without previous management experience, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Reliability and a strong sense of ownership, treating the business as if it were your own.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Assertiveness without rudeness, effectively handling challenges and conflicts.
- A commitment to upholding our values of respect, kindness, and going the extra mile for our customers and team.
- Familiarity with Tanda and Kounta systems is advantageous, but training can be provided.

We offer a full-time contract with 38 hours per week, including weekends. Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant and supportive work environment, where your contributions are valued and growth opportunities are available.
