**Our Opportunity**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this a great opportunity for a young keen individual to kick start their career as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter. The role will be based in Lidcombe and you will develop your skills through all faculties of engineering.

- Develop skills through practical experience working with mechanical systems and equipment.
- Understand and read technical manuals and drawings.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and listen to gain experience on good safe work practices.
- The ability to learn diagnostics, problem solving and maintenance on a variety of packaging and processing machines.
- Pro-actively seek continuous improvement in the development of your skills
