**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to align projects with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet business and customer needs.

**Role Requirements**
- 10+ years of experience in a.Net/SQL environment, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience in project management and change management (3+ years each) within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
