We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Powder Coating Team Leader to operate and lead our high-volume automated in-line powder coating system. This is a working leadership role, managing the line’s full process from pre-treatment to curing, while overseeing a small team in a fast-paced, continuous production environment.

Our vertical in-line system runs between 1.2 to 1.5 metres per minute, producing over 500 parts per hour, with approximately 90% automated coating and 10% manual or semi-automated work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor the RO water plant and perform chemical testing and adjustments.
- Lead a team of two operators, assisting with loading, unloading, and general workflow.
- Perform quality checks to ISO standards, including coating thickness and adhesion testing.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and manage work orders through Pronto ERP.
- Maintain inventory of powders, consumables, and raw materials.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure equipment runs reliably.
- Work closely with Production Supervisors & Manufacturing Manager to align output with production targets.

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in in-line powder coating or fast-paced automated manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills with a willingness to work hands-on.
- Sound knowledge of quality control procedures and workplace safety.
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience using ERP systems (Pronto desirable).
