**Pastry Production Allrounder for Maggio's Italian Bakery**

**Location**: Maggio's Italian Bakery & Pasticceria - Cammeray
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday
**Hours**: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Evening Shift)

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a **qualified** Pastry Allrounder to join our high-quality production kitchen. This is a **full-time role**, **Monday to Friday**, perfect for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced**, team-oriented environment. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team that values quality, consistency, and creativity.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A professional Pastry Chef that holds an Australian PR or citizenship
- Proven pastry experience across a variety of products
- Strong cake-making skills, from classic to modern styles
- Solid baking experience, including consistent quality and timing
- Confident with lamination techniques and croissant/puff pastry production
- Must have finished a 4 year apprenticeship
- Completed Certificate III in Patisserie (Pastry)

Fine dining experience is a highly regarded bonus.
