All applicants will work on a rotating roster - day, afternoon and evening shifts available. Plus we feed you Our teams have work life balance and are passionate about making the business successful. Some may say we are FIRED UP and READY TO GO A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required to engage our customers with excellent customer service, the execution and involvement in promotions and be a team player within the team. **Benefits**: Salary + Super + benefits. **As a Hotel Duty Manager you will**: - Be a part of the team, creating a fun & inviting atmosphere for our customers. - Be energetic, upbeat, driven and be passionate about and create exceptional gaming experiences. - Actively inspire, encourage, coach and assist. - Need to be flexible as you will work rostered shifts including days, nights and weekends - Supervise our Gaming Room and Sports Bar whilst on Shift - Supervising security arrangements, and property maintenance - Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities in conjunction with Restaurant manager and Venue Manager - Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction - Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities - Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, AML/CTF, liquor, gaming, cash handling procedures and other laws and regulations. About you: - Most importantly a "can do" attitude - Food and Beverage Supervisory Experience - A minimum of 1 year as a Gaming Supervisor - Must hold a valid Victorian Gaming Licence - Must hold TAB accreditation - You must hold a current RSA & RSG - Be flexible & available to work over a 7 day rotating roster including graveyard shifts **About Us...** The **Zagame** name is synonymous in Australia with quality.
