**Responsibilities**:
✔ Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
✔ Support individuals with physical and emotional well-being
✔ Assist with mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders
✔ Engage clients in social and community activities
✔ Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

**Requirements**:
Relevant experience or qualifications in aged care, disability, or healthcare (desirable but not essential)
A genuine passion for caring for others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
