Day shifts available Mon to Fri, starting from 7am (no evening or night shifts)
- Support multiple clients throughout the day, paid continuously
- Above award pay and conditions with paid travel time in between shifts

Support Worker Co is a Support Worker Agency that provides Support Workers to Home & Aged Care Providers.

Joining our team as a
**Aged Care Worker (Community)** some of the key aspects of your role are:

- Support elderly people living in their own private home to help them maintain their independence.
- Supports may include personal care assistance, using manual handling for transfers, domestic/cleaning assistance, meal preparation, medication assistance (prompting) & transportation.
- Providing companionship and social support.

**What we can offer you**:

- Weekday work, shifts start from 7am (must be available to start at this time) and can finish as late as 5pm, no evening or night shifts.
- Support multiple clients throughout the day, paid continuously from your first shift to your last
- Company tablet to complete notes, access client care plans and sign in an out of your shift.
- Easy to use rostering app, where you can view and accept shifts.
- Refer & Earn Incentive - $150 for each successful person you refer (conditions apply)
- Supportive rostering team which is contactable 24/7
- Employee Assistance program to support you throughout your journey.

**What you need**:

- Demonstrated experience supporting elderly people in a similar role.
- Certificate III Aged Care (or relevant)
- A current Australian driver's licence
- A registered car to transport clients in
- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment
- Reliable smart phone with data
