**STUDIO MANAGER - PART TIME (25 HOURS/WEEK)**
**Weekdays 2pm-7pm During School Terms**:

- (Hours may vary during school holidays, but will always fall between 7am-7pm on weekdays)_

We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and people-focused **Studio Manager** to join our team on a **part-time basis**. This role is central to the smooth daily operation of our studio and involves a mix of customer service, administration, marketing support, and hands-on event coordination.

**POSITION DETAILS**
- **Job Title**: Studio Manager
- **Employment Type**: Part-time (25 hours/week)
- **Schedule**: Weekdays 2pm-7pm during school terms
- **School Holidays**: Hours may vary depending on scheduled events (between 7am-7pm)
- **Location**: Will float between our Penrith & Springwood studios

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Customer Service & Communication**
- Providing clear, friendly, and timely communication to students and families

**Administration & Accounts**
- Invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account management (using **Xero**)
- Data entry and database upkeep via CRM software
- General studio admin and filing tasks

**Marketing Support**
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials using **Canva and Photoshop**:
**Studio Operations**
- Overseeing day-to-day studio cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting the smooth running of classes, events, and bookings
- Overseeing Junior staff

**Event & Holiday Program Support (As Required)**
- Assisting with **holiday workshops**:

- Helping run **concert days, open days, and promotional stalls**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum **2 years experience** in a customer communication or administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of **Xero, CRM software, Photoshop & Canva**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Current **First Aid & CPR certification** (or willingness to obtain) as well as a valid **Working With Children's Check**:

- A positive, professional attitude
- Strong commitment to ongoing learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

**PAY**

$45,573 - $50,232 per annum including superannuation

Role to commence in early 2026.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,600.00 - $50,232.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
