Key responsibilities

- Outbound calls to TSA sites to validate Inventory report.
- Organise data into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-check and verify data accuracy to maintain a high level of data integrity.
- Exercise meticulous attention to detail in data entry, verification, and validation processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, always adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications and skills (desired/required)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Great telephone skills & customer service orientation
- Able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid Police Check

This role will give volunteers an opportunity to continue to develop skills and build experience in administration, use of systems and software, reporting and some volunteer engagement activities. Additionally, there will be access to a range of training opportunities and insight to the work of a large not-for-profit religious organisation with expressions in many different areas of society.
