We are on the lookout for a seasoned Learning & Development Manager to lead the team and take charge of our Technical Training Systems during a period of parental leave. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement a comprehensive Training Plan tailored to site needs and ensuring full compliance. With determination and empathy, you'll craft our training strategy and champion operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do**

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead a full review of our training strategy, systems, and programs to drive continuous improvement in operational performance. Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct annual training needs analysis to determine department-level learning and training requirements.
- Develop and deliver Technical Training programs for Operations
- Ensure accurate employee training records, in line with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support the delivery of site compliance-based training, including onboarding.
- Monitor and report on training compliance, needs, and key learning metrics to senior management.
- Lead and manage the Learning & Development team to deliver high-quality learning outcomes in line with local and global priorities.
- Develop and deliver learning solutions aligned with the annual GMP/Compliance learning strategy.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and report findings at quarterly Site Management Review meetings.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a learning or scientific discipline
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent
- Ability to deliver GMP training with accurate assessments

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in a manufacturing/FMCG or other technical/operations environment
- Skills in performance consulting, technical learning, and writing
- Experience working in a high-compliance environment
