**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Financial Crime Compliance stream, including managing team members, acting as an escalation point, and fostering their professional growth.
- Support the Head of Compliance in the implementation of the AML/CTF framework.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the AML/CTF Program by assisting in its design and implementation throughout the business.
- Streamline and modernise Line 2 processes and procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the Line 1 business to ensure effective oversight and engagement concerning AML/CTF compliance.
- Foster a positive compliance culture, offering timely and valuable advice and technical expertise on AML/CTF obligations, risks, and breaches.
- Take ownership of AML/CTF assurance activities to verify the effectiveness of controls.
- Collaborate on the development of reports and communications for Line 1, executive leadership, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
