**Position Purpose**

The Derrimut Recovery Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our recovery and wellness centre. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Location Manager to oversee staff and manage facility operations effectively.
- Strong Knowledge of wellness and recovery services.
- Industry/Similar Role experience
- Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Competency in financial management and budgeting support.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legal right to work without restrictions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification

**Qualifications**:

- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Certification
- Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Specific Laser Hair Removal Training Accreditation

**Position Overview**
- Assist in operational oversight of The Recovery Centre
- Support Staff management and scheduling
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and supervision of a team of certified professionals, including cryotherapy technicians, hyperbaric chamber operators, and IV drip specialists.
- Engage in performance reviews and staff development initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
- Assist in implementing customer retention strategies
- Aid in meeting or exceeding financial targets and adhering to the budget.
- Support the preparation and management of budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Build relationships with local sports teams, health professionals, and wellness influencers to promote Derrimut Recovery.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Wellness and Recovery services: 1 year (preferred)
- Financial management and Budgeting: 1 year (preferred)
