**Your role**:

Due to recent growth in the Group and internal advancements, we are currently looking for an experienced **General Manager** to lead and support our clinical, care and operational teams at Constitution Hill.

Located in **Northmead **with convenient access to CBD, gardens and amenities; Constitution Hill is home to 115 residents and features purpose-built rooms, maximising privacy, independence and mobility.

In this pivotal and highly rewarding position, you will be supported by a strong clinical and leadership team. Responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing our clinical, care and operational teams; including training and coaching on best practice
- All aspects of operational management; overseeing recruitment and roster management
- Promoting a positive culture and our Better Together model of care
- Identifying and managing risks, managing resident needs and complex issues as required
- Financial management and reporting; ensuring rosters and clinical consumables are delivered in-line with budget and support requirements
- Overseeing the management of ACFI assessments, quality assurance, site audits and accreditations
- Working closely with residents and families, ensuring high standards of care and exceptional customer service

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a General Manager Aged Care, ideally in homes 100 beds+
- Clinical background preferred with proven leadership in Aged Care or an Acute setting
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards, Aged Care Funding Instrument and accreditation procedures
- Exceptional leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to nurture a team
- Strong financial acumen, financial management and reporting
- Experience in operational management including recruiting and roster management in Residential Aged Care
- A person-centred focus, displaying our values of Bold, Warm and Honest
