**Location**:Dandenong, AUWe are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Operator to join our team based out of our Dandenong office. This role will primarily be responsible for assisting in daily start-up, finished goods, and semi-finished goods productions. The method will be via manual, machine, and forklift operation while always maintaining a strong focus on OH&S requirements and housekeeping (including 5S)

**Some of your duties will include**
- Ensure compliance to all health & Safety regulations and immediately report any incidents or accidents to the warehouse supervisor.
- Ensure production orders are picked, including cross-checking, and signing off production and transfer orders
- Produce according to order and specification
- Attend and participate in Toolbox meetings at the start of each shift.
- Report any stock discrepancies and variances to the Operations and Planning Manager
- Ensure packaging inventory is adequate for production
- Work collaboratively with all departments to achieve goals
- Maintain a safe clean workplace, ensuring warehouse and yard is always clean and tidy
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures and active involvement/ participation on the company continuous improvement programs

**About you**

You’re a natural communicator, confident and engaging in your approach and possess the Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities. You will ideally have exposure and experience with machine operations and demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of liquid and solid transfer system. You have a prior experience working within a warehouse environment, preferably in a chemical production environment and forklift operations.
