A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an Associate Adviser / Client Relationship Manager to join the Wealth Management Division of this highly successful Accounting Group. This is a continually expanding business that pride themselves on their friendly and supportive working environment, as well as their superior levels of complex, holistic client advice to HNW clients.

**Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Implementation of Advice
- Prepare basic financial modelling for one or multiple client strategies
- Participate in client review meetings and prepare client advice file notes
- Client meeting prep, and documentation of advice post meeting
- Act as an intermediary between the client and the other stakeholders (insurance companies, fund managers, share registry etc)
- Manage on-going relationships with allocated client’s pre and post meetings
- Manage client data files
- Assist Advisers in addressing and solving client queries, including strategy queries
- Liaise with outsourced paraplanners to prepare Statements of Advice and Records of Advice

**To be successful in this position you should have**:

- Previous experience gained from the Wealth Management industry. You may be an Associate already looking for a new environment, or perhaps you have been working in a Client Service / Implementation / Financial Planners Assistant role and be ready for the next step.
- XPLAN experience preferred
- Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) qualification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The desire and ability to work in a team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills.
