**About the Home**

Located in Largs North on the picturesque Le Fevre Peninsula, with The Largs beach is just 500 metres away, this home is a short drive to the historic towns of Port Adelaide and Semaphore. Our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit the needs of every individual.

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our team; we are seeking an experienced person who enjoys leading by example and is passionate about quality care. Your role as a General Manager in Allity is to lead and inspire people to deliver great care in our homes in a commercially sustainable and person-centred way that delivers in making every day the best it can be and Allity the Aged Care of Choice.

As a General Manager with Allity you strive to maintain and enhance resident’s health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety. You inspire the clinical and care teams, you are an ambassador of respect, integrity, innovation, passion, teamwork and accountability.

We are seeking a talented, customer focused, well organised General Manager to manage all aspects of the day to day running of this aged care Home. This is a really exciting opportunity for a highly professional Aged Care Manager to take on a key leadership role.

**Your responsibilities and outcomes in this role will be**:

- Build a customer centric home that delivers exceptional person-centred care
- Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results that deliver on our operational and financial objectives
- Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging culture
- Establish and leverage collaborative network relationships, working in partnership to deliver successful outcomes

**To be successful in this role the following is sought**:

- Strong people management skills
- High degree of business acumen
- Excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Good computer literacy
- Sales and marketing experience
