**The Role**:
The **Delivery Manager** is responsible for leading a team to create the best experiences for our consultants and customers. This includes delivering technical solutions in line with the division’s strategic, operational, and compliance priorities. You’ll find yourself engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure all parts of the features we deliver meet or exceed expectations as part of a complex financial system.

**Accountabilities**:

- Achieve specific business performance outcomes through the design and delivery of consultant, customer and business-focused solutions for quoting, selling, and managing insurance policies.
- Planning and executing key parts of a strategic delivery roadmap.
- Manage a team of Agile Product Owners, Business Analysts and Business Testers
- Monitor and report the delivery team’s progress against delivery plans and roadmaps.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Motivate and evaluate the team in alignment with an internal capability and leadership framework.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of our business systems, areas and products is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing people.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and business areas.
- Team player with a ‘people first’ attitude and emotional intelligence skills.

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience with Atlassian tools - Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Financial Services and Products.
- Experience with large and complicated tech stacks.
