Preschool Field Officer

**Full Time Permanent Position**

**Salary Range $124,844 to $127,026 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO**

**Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.**

**The Opportunity**

The successful applicant will join a dynamic team who work closely with the early childhood educators in State Government funded 3- and 4-year-old Kindergarten programs to enhance their capacity and confidence to provide an inclusive program that is considerate to the needs of all children.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing an active caseload and prioritising referrals for the effective operation of the PSFO service to ensure delivery priorities and funding obligations are met.
- Providing expert guidance and support to early childhood educators, families and key stakeholders by offering specialised advice, identifying referral pathways and facilitating linkages to support and education services.
- Promoting the PSFO service and strengthening professional partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and programs.

**About you**

**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Degree in early childhood education or regulatory equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in Special Education desirable.
- Proficient conflict resolution skills and ability to support educators with challenging conversations.
- Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
