We are seeking a Indigenous Australian Employment Specialist to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in a relevant discipline in conjunction with at least four (4) years’ subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to organisational attraction, retention, support and development strategies for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective internal and external networks with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary HR policy, practices and frameworks.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
Additional Selection Criteria for HEW8:
- Education and training equivalent to postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards postgraduate qualifications) in human resources or a related area with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Proven track record in leading and contributing to organisational attraction, retention, support and development strategies for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HR policy, practices and frameworks.
