**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to recruitment requests within the set quality requirements and time frames.
- Source and build suitable talent pools for vacancies, using various methods.
- Appropriately prioritise workload to maximise results.
- Continuous account management with existing clients.
- Proactive business development seeking out new opportunities for growth.
- Drive elevated level of safety standards.
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience within a similar position - **Civil or Mining highly desirable.**:

- Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform.
- The ability to build excellent relationships quickly & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
- Organised and pro-active approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with business development and client relationship building.
- A valid Australian drivers’ license.
