Our Document Controllers act as system administrators (using TeamBinder)
- taking responsibility for accurately managing documents prepared and received by the project team. This can be anything from project documents to engineering drawings and reports.
**Major Road Projects Victoria**
Working at Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) means being part of something big.
We oversee more than 40 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads.
Our Document control team ensure the accurate transition and capture of technical documentation between MRPV and our stakeholders.
This is a 3-year fixed term role and based in Essendon Fields.
**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:
- Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure the Document Control Management planning and associated procedures are effectively used
- Producing and maintaining system and user reports for consumption by leadership
- Providing and coordinating training for system users and develop support documentation
- Administering TeamBinder, ensuring it is utilised effectively by project stakeholders.
- Managing user account access, onboarding, offboarding and security groups
This opportunity suits a strong communicator with proven experience working as a Document Controller. You will have experience working on a variety of document control practices and protocols for engineering or related documents. A commitment to understanding Quality processes is important, and experience working with TeamBinder would be an advantage.
