W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Beverage & Food Duty Manager. As a B&F Duty Manager you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient service, quality control, and guest satisfaction in a 5-star luxury environment. Responsibilities include:

- Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to maintain high quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Oversee ordering, stock levels, and inventory control to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
