Get ready to shake up West End Yo-Chi is about to land with a bang, and we need trailblazers like you to lead the charge as our Venue Leaders. Sure, we're known for our mouth-watering frozen yogurt and delicious toppings, but here's the scoop: we're turning the dial up to eleven with our new venue

**Who are we?**

We are the market leaders in frozen yogurt. Yo-Chi offers an experience like no other; a premium and delicious product in fantastically inviting spaces with a friendly and welcoming team, which puts the customer in control. We doubled in size in 2021 and again in 2022, we are growing rapidly which means opportunities for upskill and promotion are everywhere for those who grab them. Lead by a team, with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the retail and hospitality industries, striving to continue strong success - whilst growing and supporting our venue leaders. We aim to upskill, promote from within and develop our employees, so they are always ready for the next step upwards.

You need to be a can-do person, who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate about what they do whilst, being a great communicator (both written and verbal).
