On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced security professional to join our Australian team as a Lead ICT Business Consultant.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Security Technologies and Applications such as:

- SIEM/SOAR/XDR
- Incident management platform (SHQ Response)
- Firewall
- DoS/DDoS Solution
- IDS/IPS/WAF/Proxy
- Threat Intelligence Platform
- Antivirus/Anti Malware/End Point Security Applications/DLP (AV, EDR and DLP)
- Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
- Cloud Security (AWS/Amazon)
- APT Solutions
- Packet Capturing Solutions
- Vulnerability Management Solutions (For e.g., Qualys, Nessus, NMAP etc.)
- Ticketing Systems used for Incident Response/Incident Handling/Change Management
- Solid understanding of Security Operations Centre
- Lead SIEM migration/roll out, incident management, security profile use cases and SOAR playbooks.

Additional skills:

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated mastery of key Information Security technical disciplines and tools.

Educational Requirements & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of MSSP experience in providing SOC service solutions for customers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a security analyst.
- Broad IT knowledge specifically in areas of information security, risk management
- Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, IPS/IDS, VPN, Vulnerability Assessment and management, Windows, UNIX/Linux, Firewalls
- High ability to work with peers
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Roles and Responsibility:

- Lead the identification and documentation of business requirements, working with technical teams to determine feasible solution options.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s security and risk management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Meeting customers and providing consultations on onboarding our client’s response and MSSP services;
- Utilize our client’s tools and methodologies to develop solutions, blueprints, design specification, systems plans and specification addressing our customers business needs.
- Organize end user training and orientation for our client’s tools;
- Serve as a point of contact for our client’s Security Operation Centre, integration and platform management team and customers, network, and admin team at site.
- Roll out the solution deployment and user acceptance test plan for SHQ customers.
- Validate the configuration on site for activities performed by our client’s platform engineering team, ensuring that the project does not exceed its proposed time, cost and resource program.
- Provide expertise and support of our client’s products to our location partner by analysing and reviewing current clients and proposing services and solutions.
- Accountable for the successful planning and delivery of the project(s) business analysis methods, tools, and technology.
- Conducting in depth review and evaluation of the ICT environment of present and potential clients to identify issues, risks, vulnerabilities, mitigation and benefits of existing and proposed solutions to outline impact on their businesses.
- Responsible for assuring functional design, resolves technical design issues and is accountable for solution design decision making.
- Provide leadership to the teams and be responsible for each team members development plan and performance management.
- Point of escalation for issues which adversely affect systems performance, design, or functionalities.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and deliveries.
- Sound analytical skill, strong leadership, and change management capabilities to work independently on transformation, improvement initiatives.
