**About the role**

You’ll take responsibility for profitable revenue growth of existing and new name accounts in ACT and Victoria. You’ll plan and direct the activities of the sales, account management and technical consultancy teams and ensure they are motivated to achieve sales targets.

In more detail, you will:

- Lead through a collaborative approach to develop an exceptional and achievable sales strategy
- Effectively engage all relevant parts of the business to achieve the outcomes needed to implement the required activities
- Engage and motivate the team to deliver on account / prospect plans
- Drives sales activity to ensure SOR targets are achieved and effective movement through pipeline to achieve sales
- Work with your team members to develop their skills growth and to create career progression opportunities
- Build an engaged and high performing team

**About you**

You are a seasoned sales leader and are used to leading and motivating high performing teams.
- Undergraduate degree in business / technology or related field, post graduate management studies desired
- Minimum 10 years sales leadership experience
- Ability to build a strong sales culture
- Experience winning and account managing ICT business in the Australian Federal Government market
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead & coach a team of sales staff that will provide growth in acquisitions and maintenance of an existing customer portfolio
- Experience growing the business through partner engagement as well as direct
