**About You**:
You would be an astute entrepreneur with excellent communication skills and business acumen, able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and have a keen eye to financial analysis and budgeting. You should be ready to demonstrate a proven track record of running successful businesses and the ability to implement successful and effective business models. Experience from a SME or start-up background and knowledge about the industry are advantageous.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Be the owner/director’s right-hand person and oversee daily business operations to improve efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability
- Set sales targets and develop/execute promotional campaigns either in-house or in collaboration with external consultants.
- Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Maintain and grow positive culture and boost staff morale.
- Engage in community activities to foster local relationships for long-term business growth.
- Strengthen vendor/supplier relationship.
- Be the final escalation point for the handling of patient concerns to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Interstate or overseas travel where required.
