**Kitchen Hand**:

- is responsible for supporting the Chef Manager/Cook in the preparation and service of our high-quality food menu for our Residents. Your ability to work flexibly across various catering functions including back-of-house food preparation and/or food service in conjunction with a full range of cleaning duties.

The General Services Officer (GSO) is a key role in our hotel services department. As a GSO your ability to work flexibly across various not only catering functions but also cleaning and laundry duties will be highly regarded. Laundry - is responsible for providing a high quality laundry service to residents ensuring availability of clean personal clothes and linen in a good state of repair and in accordance with Columbia’s policies and procedures. Cleaning - is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the facility and individual Resident rooms in line with defined cleaning schedules.

Good customer service skills with high respect for the elderly
Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise work according to guidelines and time frames
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a collaborative team
Full Working Rights in Australia
COVID-19 Vaccination
Ability to work across a 7 day rotating roster
