**The Role & The Team**

Our team:

- We are responsible for driving the internal communications agenda for a critical organisation within Australian aviation, from leadership to the front line.
- We work closely with people in all parts of the organisation, who are working in all parts of the country. All Airservices people depend on the team for timely, relevant, and useful content.
- Each day, we play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.

In this role you will:

- Execute the internal communication agenda for dedicated groups/functions, managing requirements end-to-end.
- Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to advise, develop and implement communications plans, that inform, inspire and support teams on our transformation, change initiatives, projects and events.
- Help our frontline teams understand the organisation’s objectives and how they contribute to delivering our purpose and strategy.
- Keep our teams informed through a multichannel approach, including online, print, and video.
- Contribute to content planning in alignment with other internal and external communication teams.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Communications team to develop content and ensure effective alignment of messaging, use of channels and coordination.
- Write, edit and produce compelling, targeted, clear content and communications materials, managing distribution to meet agreed timing and plans.

**The Person**

We’re looking for someone who puts everything into whatever they do, who takes accountability and wants to take the next step in their career. You will be passionate about internal communications and team experience, understand the power of building a brand from within, love the possibilities that come with organisational transformation, and role-model a bias to action.
- Experienced in developing and executing integrated, creative and engaging communication plans (4+ years).
- The ability to develop strong working relations with teams and ‘run’ with projects.
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Be able to create and manage content on digital channels.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving with the ability to articulate solutions and influence outcomes.
- Strong understanding of internal communication channels, including social engagement platforms.
