**The essential requirements for this role are**:
- Proven ability to lead a team to identify, develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and represent detailed analysis of process design and improvement in a complex and evolving environment.
- Proven high level consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills relevant with a range of diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members.
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:
- High level understanding of the requirements of process analysis, current and future state assessments and the delivery of reporting outcomes and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding the impact of system and business process change to targeted stakeholder groups and the associated development of standard business process changes and communication to accommodate the implementation of these changes.
- Experience in the effective management of people, performance and resources required to coordinate the delivery of targeted change, training and program initiatives in a virtual team environment.
