**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Part Time Night Guest Service Agent to work 3 days per week - Thursdays to Saturdays from10:00pm to 6.30am.

**Your new role will include the following duties**:

- Provide efficient and professional service and ensure a smooth check in and check out process for guests
- Give a friendly welcome every time a guest comes past the reception desk
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Attend work professionally presented
- Provide guests with local knowledge and information as required
- Assist guests during their stay
- Work autonomously on night shift

The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to insights on the local attractions and eateries, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Guest Services position in a hotel
- Experience in high level customer service and guest services
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service
- A welcoming personality and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to work unsupervised during night shift
