**CONSTANT Security **is currently recruiting for exciting new opportunities with our client in the Student Accommodation sector.

These positions will support residents providing a safe and enjoyable experience while studying in a major local university.

We currently have **Permanent & Casual **overnight positions at the following locations:

- Clayton (2 sites)
- Frankston

**Shift times are 7 days per week and will include afternoon and overnight shifts. There are additional day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.**

**Duties may include**:

- Engaging with residents in a positive and friendly manner
- General night manager/concierge duties
- Incident management and reporting
- The safety and general wellbeing of residents
- Regular foot patrols
- Administration duties
- Responding to student enquiries and needs

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- Security Officer Licence or capacity to undertake required training immediately
- Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Good risk management and sound decision-making skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication plus sound computer knowledge including report writing skills
- Health and wellbeing qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential
- Current National Police Check
