**CONSTANT is currently recruiting for positions to support our client in the residential space.**

**These positions will support residents, providing a safe and enjoyable experience while residing in South Melbourne.**

**Duties include**:

- Engaging with residents in a positive and friendly manner
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- General night manager/concierge duties
- Admin duties in line with business needs
- Incident reporting and management
- Site security, safety and general well-being of residents and staff

**Extensive training is offered, and these positions offer an excellent opportunity for people to look at a change in career, utilising their customer service and welfare skills whilst engaging with residents to enhance their experience.**
- Shifts are permanent overnight with varying start times 7 nights per week working on rotational rosters, with extra ad-hoc shifts available. _

**_Current Rates_**

Weeknights -$31.01

Saturday - $41.82

Sunday - $55.76

Public Holiday - $69.70

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- VIC Security Officer Licence
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Working With Childrens Check (can be obtained)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
