With breeding and rearing farms, a hatchery, growing farms and a processing facility spread across much of Central Victoria, the heart of the business lies in the unassuming country area of Lockwood. **Role**: **As an Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator your key responsibilities include**: - Assist in the development and maintenance of the S&W strategy/annual plan. - Contribute to the provision of innovative solutions for injury reduction and S&W optimization. - Provide advice and support for continuous improvement in S&W within the farms and hatchery. - Chair Safety and Wellbeing Committee Meetings. - Support regulatory compliance by assisting with the closure of improvement notices. - Monitor and provide oversight for new or changing S&W laws, regulations, and standards. - Develop strong working relationships with key management and operational staff. - Ensure understanding of Hazeldenes' strategic expectations among management teams. - Oversee 'best practice' S&W change management principles. - Foster co-operative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
