To continue our success, we are currently looking for a **Processing Operator **to join our **Tingalpa team** on a **Permanent Full-Time Basis on Night Shift.**

The hours of work for this role are** 22:30-06:30am Sunday Evening to Friday Morning.**

Here is your opportunity to work first hand on Australia's much loved household premium snacking brand; Red Rock Deli, within an organisation that values and encourages internal promotion.

Upon successful completion of training, the rate of pay is **$35.97 base per hour + $7.83 shift allowance per hour.**

This role requires you to have some prior experience working in environments that are exposed to high temperatures and loud noises. You will be responsible for operating industrial cooking equipment and production machinery, therefore prior knowledge of this is a must. You will also be expected to record, report and input accurate data into computerized systems.

**You Will Be**:

- Ensuring flavour testing is completed effectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs
- Completing quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste
- Advanced centre-lining, process equipment operation, calibration, monitoring and cleaning
- Monitoring quality performance optimization
- Preparing and completing accurate records, ensuring products remain within specifications

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**You Will Have**:

- Processing experience preferably within a food manufacturing environment or industrial kitchen/cooking environment
- Ability to work autonomously, whilst working towards achieving team goals
- An understanding of HACCP and GMP with a record of reliability and safe work practices
- A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
- A flexible approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time and to ensure quality in every bag
- A motivated individual with a hunger to learn new skills, challenge yourself and progress your career
